Lake Mountain Bike Club: Privacy Policy

When registering for an LMBC program or event, LMBC receives all of the information that you willingly provide during registration, including names, contact information, relevant medical information, health insurance information, and names and contact information for emergency contacts. This information is provided to LMBC coaches on a need-to-know basis in order to ensure that LMBC coaches, volunteers, and staff can successfully fulfill their duty of care to LMBC athletes, and maximize the health and safety of the LMBC group. LMBC acknowledges and understands that the information and data which you have provided to LMBC before, during, and after the course of your participation in LMBC’s programs is to be kept strictly confidential. LMBC and our volunteers, staff, and coaches will not disclose any of your personal information under any circumstances, except to the extent necessary to fulfill our duty of care for LMBC’s participants. LMBC personnel are not permitted to use your contact information for promotional purposes unrelated to LMBC or LMBC’s activities, or otherwise for their own personal gain.

The Lake Mountain Bicycle Club is an independently owned and operated 501-C3 non-profit based in Eagle Mountain, Utah.
